Don't worry about parking!

Park your car at the Oakville GO, or take a connecting bus to the Oakville GO, and board the Santa Shuttle to the parade. Please note that for safety reasons children must be removed from strollers and/or wagons while on the bus. Strollers must be folded and wagons put in an upright position.

Santa Shuttle Service

Take advantage of the free Santa Shuttle. The Santa Shuttle will run every 5 minutes from the Oakville GO station stopping at all regular stops along Reynolds to the Church/Dunn bus terminal. The Santa Shuttle will run from 8:00 - 11:30 am and is provided by Oakville Transit.

How to get to the Parade via Oakville Transit

How to get to the Parade via public transit. All regular fares apply, cash fare is $3.50 per person. Visit the Oakville Transit website for further information. 

From southwest Oakville:
 Detours will be in place on Routes 14 and 17. Detour information is available on the Oakville Transit website.

Route #14 (Lakeshore-Rebecca)operates every 30 minutes.      

Route #15 Bridge operates every 60 minutes.

Route #4 Speers-Cornwall operates every 30 minutes.

From the northwest:

Transit to the Santa Shuttle from the north west bus routes at the Oakville GO Station.

Route #5 Dundas operates every 30 minutes.

Route #13 Westoak Trails operates every 30 minutes.

Route #18 Glen Abbey South operates every 60 minutes.

Route #28 Glen Abbey North operates every 60 minutes.   

From the northeast: 
Transfer to the Santa Shuttle from the north east bus routes at the Oakville GO Station.

Route #24 South Common operates every 30 minutes. 

Route #1 Trafalgar operates every 60 minutes..

Route #19 River Oaks operates every 60 minutes.

Route #20 Northridge operates every 60 minutes.

Route  #26 Falgarwood operates every 60 minutes.

From the southeast:

Transfer to the Ssanta Shuttle from the southeast at the Oakville GO Station.

Route #4 Speers-Cornwall operates every 30 minutes.

To avoid the parade route and road closures, the following bus routes will be on detour:

Route #14 - to and from the Oakville GO station via Rebecca, Dorval, Speers and Cross.

Route #15 - to and from the Oakville GO station via Mary, Dorval, Speers and Cross.

Route #17 - operates from Oakville GO station via Kerr, Shepherd, Queen Mary, Bond, Chisholm and Rebecca. Reverse routing via Rebecca, Wilson, Bond and Queen Mary to Oakville GO station.
